What ages do you work with?
I currently work with young people from aged 10 with no upper age limit. Consultations will be required as will parent/guardian permission.
Will you still see me if...?
I have a history of supporting clients:
- who are neurodivergent
- going through recovery of drugs and alcohol.
- have been suicidal or attempted suicide
- have had poor experiences in therapy previously
- are within the care system
- who are survivors of domestic abuse, sexual assault and rape
Is it always just sitting talking?
No, we can work together to find what works for you. There are various creative methods we can use, distractions and general interests that can be incorporated.
Some examples are:
Teddy bear meet ups, clay making, arts and crafts, football skills, and balloon popping
