What is CBT and what can it help with?

The NHS describes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave.

So what does this mean? We use a range of different tools to challenge our thoughts and believes, learning what lies behind them and how we can alter them. Don't worry though it's not all worksheets and homework. I appreciate this doesn't work for everyone so I'll adapt to suit your needs.
