I'm in recovery can I start CBT?
Yes you absolutely can, all I ask is that you've been in alcohol and/or drug free for 6 months. The reason I ask this is to ensure your focus remains on those first few months of recovery which are incredibly tough. I'm always happy to discuss circumstances. These are just my rules every therapist will have their own guidelines.
I've been suicidal or self harmed in the past
Don't let this put you off, please get in touch to disucss your situation and needs
What is Group Thearpy?
Groups will be offered to meet demand, this allows people expeirencing similar issues to meet and go through therapy together. Group numbers will usually be kept to 8 clients to 1 therapist to ensure everyone's needs can be met safely. Costs will vary dependent on location, number of sessions and nature of therapy.
Group therapy is avialable to organisation and costs are dependent on requirements.
What does it cost?
Individual CBT is £35 per session. Sessions typically last 50-60 minutes. I don't offer discounts for block bookings.
Payment can be either cash on the day or bank transfer prior to your session.
Late cancellation costs apply, these are explained in the contract during your first session.
I aim to keep costs as low as possible to ensure therapy can be accessible.
How can CBT help with Menopause?
CBT has a range of tools that can help manage menopause symptoms. It can be used alongside Hormone Replacement Therapy and other forms of treatment.
