
Welcome to A B and C Therapies
Firstly let me introduce myself, I'm Emma, a qualified and fully insured cognitive behavioural therapist. When I turned 30 I told myself something had to change. I couldn't keep feeling the way I did, constantly tiered, sad and with no purpose. I started an introductory to counselling course lasting 12 weeks thinking I could maybe do some volunteering. Little did I know two years later I'd have completed a post grad and become a qualified therapist.
So what is A B and C Therapies? It stands for Achieving Balance and Change. The name signifies the journey through therapy as you notice both emotional wellbeing and thought process becomes more balanced and this leads to change.
